NEW MENU ALERT – HOME DELIVERY/TAKE AWAY

Dear Members,

Further to our circular dated 25^th May 2023 on F&B VENDOR TRANSITION, this is to inform that the TAKEAWAY / HOME DELIVERY OPERATIONS of DGC shall commence with effect from Thursday, 27^th July’2023. The timings for the same shall be from 1200 hrs to 2130 hrs every day.

The Home Delivery / Take-away Menu is attached for reference.

For a seamless experience for home delivery, members are requested to note the following before placing the order: –

• Order can be placed from the Home Delivery/Take Away Menu options only (attached). The Menu has been specially curated to ensure wholesome food, easy to reheat & sustainable for delivery.

• Delivery Time: Members are requested to indicate “tentative time” for order delivery. Efforts will be made to deliver the food within +/- 15 minutes of desired delivery time.

• While placing the order, please mention the following clearly:

   

  i.  Details of the menu items being ordered along with quantity (portion nos. required)
  ii. Member name, Membership No., Registered phone no. & delivery address.

• Order Reconfirmation: – The order taker will reconfirm the order. Once order is confirmed by the member, original bill will be generated. Copy of original bill will be shared with member by the delivery boy for member to sign at delivery.

   

• Delivery Charges: – Rs.100 per order (will be added to the bill).

   

• Credit Limit: – The Member’s Credit Limit will be checked before order reconfirmation. In case of over limit, members will be requested to top up payment to avail services.
