The Pub

The renovated PUB was commissioned in Feb-2022 and now extends over the complete 1st floor above the Annexe

Timings for the PUB are :

Lunch  – 1100h-1530h (last order Drinks 1400h & Food 1500h)
Dinner – 1900h-2330h (last order Food & Drinks 2300h)

A limited number of tables are available for prior bookings.

Please note that all the prevailing Club rules/guidelines (Dress code, Dependents, Guest Charges, restrictions on usage of Mobile Phones and Children Policy, etc.) will remain the same.

FLASH NOTICE -PUB OPERATIONS

 

Dear Members,

 

1.

Thank you for the overwhelming response to the opening of the PUB post renovation.

2.

An updated Pub Menu has been introduced effective 01 May 2022.

3.

The PUB has witnessed a very heavy rush since its opening. To facilitate flawless operations whilst ensuring a pleasant dining experience, the following important aspects are being implemented with immediate effect.

PRIOR BOOKINGThe PUB has a total seating capacity of 144 Pax. 70% of the seating capacity (100 Pax) is being earmarked for allocation as per prior booking requests received as per guidelines below. Balance 30% seats (44 Pax) will be allocated from OPEN pool to Members arriving on First Cum First Serve basis

 

a)

Bookings can be confirmed by placing a request on following numbers from 1100h-1900h each day:

Kindly provide your Membership details at the time of booking. 

 

b)

Members are requested to indicate the total number of persons for whom the reservation is requested. Please note that specific-table requests/location are not guaranteed. Large bookings may be split over multiple tables. 

 

c)

All bookings are valid up to 7:30PM ONLY on the date of booking. If a member does not arrive by 7:30PM, the reserved seat(s) will be released to OPEN pool. No-show charges of INR 100 for each booked member/guest are applicable – the same shall be directly debited to the member’s account.

 

d)

Members are requested to intimate any changes/cancellations by 4PM on the date of booking on the above-mentioned number.

 

e)

Tables/seats at the Pub cannot be occupied by the members merely on the basis of putting any belongings such as bags/phones/wallets/valuable etc. 

5.

Kindly note that Guest charges are applicable on all days. A maximum of up to Four (04) guests are permitted per member in the evening hours.

6.

Please note that all the prevailing Club rules/guidelines (Dress code, Dependants, Guest Charges, restrictions on usage of Mobile Phones and Children Policy as per excise rules etc.) will remain the same.

7.

Members are requested to cooperate. The Club Staff / LBF staff have been positioned to ensure smooth operations and execution of Management directives only. Kindly avoid any discussion with them on the stated policy. You are welcome to provide your feedback for any improvement in the Suggestion Register
