Payment facilities for direct credit in Member’s account

 

Dear Members,

 

This is for information that if any member crosses the credit limit of Rs. 25,000/- and the payment remains unpaid due to any reason the RFID card will be blocked automatically.

To facilitate quick payment and unblocking of RFID Card, the following Payment facilities via mobile app / website / physical mode are available: –

  1. Option 1: Mobile App 

Using the mobile app is the most convenient method of making payment online. All members are requested to download the DGC App at the earliest.

(i)

Download the App “The Delhi Golf Club”, from the App store

(ii)

Open the App and choose “Mobile Login “to register yourself by providing your registered Mobile No

(iii)

Verify with OTP (One Time Password) based authentication, Create your password as per your choice

(iv)

Kindly select “Bills Payment”, select ” PAY NOW”, Enter the amount and click on PAY NOW

(v)

The system will provide an option to pay through Paytm, Card, UPI & Internet Banking. Choose your option and proceed to make payment.
  1. Option 2: CLUB WEBSITE

(i)

On the Club site https://dgcmembers.com log in at member’s log in through your login & password.

(ii)

Click on Billing & Payments, the web page exhibits the Month wise bills. 

(iii)

Click on “View the monthly Bill Statement”. Details of the bill can be viewed and printed

(iv)

Scroll down to “Pay your bill online”, Fill the amount and click on Payment Gateway ‘BILLDESK or ‘HDFC’ or ‘Axis Bank”

(v)

Click on “Proceed to Payment”. The system will provide an option to pay through Credit card, Debit Card or Internet Banking. Choose your option and proceed to make payment. 
  1.  Option 3: Cash/Cheque/Cards/UPI over the Cash Counter

Members can pay through cash (within the daily permissible limit) or cheque / cards / UPI at the Cash Counter located in the club premises during the office hours on working days from 09.30 AM to 01.00 PM and 01.30 PM to 05.00 PM.

 

  1. Option 4: Card/UPI payments over the Green Fee Counter 

Members can pay through cards/UPI at the Green fee counter located at Tee 1 in the club premises from 06.00 AM to 07.00 PM excluding lunch hours.

 

  1. In addition to the options available above, any member can now pay their outstanding amount at Main Reception also (after the office hours) using their Debit/Credit cards. Technical Support is also available even if member forgets their password of the member’s area. Members will be assisted by reception & IT staff.

Members may please note that payments made through NEFT/RTGS will not result in instant credit to the member’s account as the same is credited later (on working days) based on the information provided to accounts department at accounts@delhigolfclub.org . 

Members must carry their RFID Card to avail any facility in the club premises.
