The Delhi Golf Club is inviting members and their contacts to sponsor the following members tournaments as published in the DGC Table Top Golf Calendar (attached).

I.

Member’s Tournaments as follows: –

Capt. Daljinder Singh Trophy

2.

The Maple Leaf Trophy – June

3.

Dunlop Hot Weather Cup

4.

The Maple Leaf Trophy – September

5.

Swinton Cup

6.

The Mac Mohan Cup

7.

The Delhi Golf Club Trophy

8.

Bachelor Cup

9.

Member’s Tournaments/Club Championship etc.

II.

The Sponsorship Amount is as follows: –

1.

One Tournament – 10L

2.

Two Tournaments – 19L

3.

Three Tournaments – 27L

4.

Four Tournaments – 36L

III.

An additional amount of Rs.8L per tournament will be charged for more than four tournaments.

IV.

The Benefits to the sponsor are as follows (expenditure by the sponsor): –

1.

Four Ground panels (size 10’x 3’ or 10’x4’ or 8’x4’) around the 1st, 5th and 10th Tee Boxes.

2.

Four Ground Panels (size 10’ x 3’ or 10’x4’ or 8’x4’) around the 9th Green/Fairway

3.

Four Ground Panels (size 10’ x 3’ or 10’x4’ or 8’x4’) around the Practice Greens

4.

Eight Ground Panels (size 10’ x 3’ or 10’x4’ or 8’x4’) at the discretion of the Sponsor/Organizers.

5.

Thirty-Six Tee Markers (two on each Tee (size 12”x24”)

6.

Widespread Coverage – Print and Digital Version as follows: –

a. On DGC Website

b. On DGC App

7.

One backdrop and advertising panels at the Prize Distribution area etc.

V.

Rates for Kiosk/Car Display (as per the Policy of Branding and Advertisement).

VI.

Payment Terms – Full Advance Payment + 18% GST
