ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING/ELECTIONS FOR THE PRESIDENT,
CAPTAIN AND MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL COMMITTEE FOR THE YEAR 2022-23.

SATURDAY, 24^th SEPTEMBER 2022

REMINDER

• The Annual General Meeting (AGM) and voting for election of the new General Committee of the Club will be held on Saturday, 24th Sep 2022 starting 1000 hrs (10 AM).
• Voting will be held in the Bar after completion of AGM till 1800hrs (6 PM).

• It is for information of all members that there shall be a dedicated polling booth for differently abled members. Senior Members (80 years and above) will be given priority. Wheel Chair shall also be available if required.

• All are requested to carry their masks.
• Social distancing: Individuals must maintain adequate social distancing.
• All Members are requested to ensure that they carry their RFID membership card for AGM and Voting, Only “A” members will allowed in the AGM & Voting area from 0900 hrs(9 AM) to 1800 hrs (6 PM).

• Counting of votes will start immediately after voting is over i.e. 1800 hrs (6 PM).
• Digital Display of dynamic voting count will be available in the lawn once the counting starts.
• Results will be announced on completion of counting by CRO.

Administrative Instructions

• Dining Hall/Bar/Party Room/Ladies Section will remain closed on 24th Sep 2022. Pub & Annexe will be open throughout the day as per normal timing for these locations.
• Arrangement of Wheel Chairs for physically challenged/senior members being made near the Caddy Master’s Desk.
• Only self-driven members Cars with DGC valid Sticker will be allowed to park in Car Park No. 1.
• The Club Office will remain closed on Saturday, 24^th Sep 2022.
