We would like to highlight unique feature of our member’s area so that the members can derive benefits from the same.

Procedure to Retrieve Password for Member’s Area

Password will automatically deliver to the member’s email ID registered with the club.

Members are also requested to check the “Junk” or “Spam” folder.

These features are available only for members and are as under:

  • Notice Board: All the least circular of happenings in the Club can be seen and read under this. Please watch this regularly for the latest circulars and the information of the Club.
  • Billing & Transactions: You can view your last six months’ bill. Itemised details for last six months is available under Billing & Payments.
  • Payment Gateway: Online payment has become a popular mode of payment as it saves time and efforts of members and instant credit to your account.
  • Query and Suggestion:This is a specialize feature of the website through which members can interact with the Club and get instant reply. You can post your query and get the reply within a short period.
  • Profile of Member: This shows the details of member including address, e-mail and telephone etc. in case of any change you may write to us.
  • Minutes of Meetings: Approved General Committee Minutes are available under this head.
  • Membership Status: Latest dynamic list of Members under different categories available in this menu.

Note: After making payment through NEFT/RTGS, members are requested to send an email at accounts@delhigolfclub.org giving UTR number & Membership number enabling us to credit the payment in the respective account.

ADDITIONAL FACILITIES FOR CLEARING OUTSTANDING DUES


Dear Member,

Monthly Club bill is shared with the members every month and must be cleared within 14 days of presentation. If the same is not done due to any reason, a written reminder is also sent to concerned members by registered/speed post.

To facilitate quick payment of outstanding bills, the following online Payment facilities via website / NEFT / RTGS / IMPS / Virtual Account Number Beneficiary are available :-

a) Option 1: Mobile App

Using the mobile app is the most convenient method of making payment online. All members are requested to download the DGC App at the earliest.

(i) Download the App “The Delhi Golf Club”, from the App store
(ii) Open the App and choose “Mobile Login “ to register yourself by providing your registered Mobile No.
(iii) Verify with OTP (One Time Password) based authentication, Create your password as per your choice.
(iv) Kindly select “Bills Payment”, select ” PAY NOW”, Enter the amount and click on PAY NOW.
(v) The system will provide an option to pay through Paytm, Card, UPI & Internet Banking. Choose your option and proceed to make payment.

b)  Option 2: CLUB WEBSITE

(i) On the Club site https://dgcmembers.com log in at member’s log in through your login & password.
(ii) Click on Billing & Payments , The web page exhibits the Month wise bills. 
(iii) Click on “View the monthly Bill Statement”. Details of the bill can be viewed and printed.
(iv) Scroll down to “Pay your bill online”, Fill the amount and click on Payment Gateway ‘BILLDESK or ‘HDFC’ or ‘Axis Bank”.
(v) Click on “Proceed to Pay”. The system will provide an option to pay through Credit card, Debit Card or Internet Banking. Choose your option and proceed to make payment. 

c) Option 3:  NEFT / RTGS / IMPS- Direct

If you wish to pay using NEFT / RTGS / IMPS, details are as below for HDFC BANK LTD.

(i) IFSC                     –   HDFC0000294

(v) Once payment done, kindly inform via mail with Transactions / Reference No & membership No to accounts@delhigolfclub.org.


IF ANY MEMBER CROSSES THE CREDIT LIMIT OF RS. 25,000/- AND THE PAYMENT STILL REMAINS UNPAID DUE TO ANY REASON THE RFID CARD WILL BE BLOCKED AUTOMATICALLY.

In addition to options available at option 2 above, any member can now pay their outstanding amount at Main Reception also (even after the office hours) using their Debit/Credit cards/Net banking using member’s area on The Delhi Golf Club website  – https://dgcmembers.com.  Technical Support is also available even if member forgets their password of the member’s area. Members will be assisted by reception & IT staff.

Members must carry their RFID Card to availing any facility in the club premises.

Members are requested to cooperate.  This Notice is also being prominently displayed at the Reception Notice Board / Main Notice Board for ready reference, if required.
