Revised Surcharge for Non-Payment of Club Bills

Surcharge for Non-Payment of Club Dues: In case a member fails to make payment of Club bills within the stipulated period, a surcharge will be debited as under: –

After one month: 1% p.m. of the amount due subject to a minimum of Rs.100/- whichever is higher (Previously Rs.25/-). For Foreign/NRI Tenure Members subject to a minimum of US$ 2. (Previously US$1.)

After two months: 2% p.m. of the amount due subject to a minimum of Rs.300/- whichever is higher (Previously Rs.50/-). For Foreign/NRI Tenure Members subject to a minimum of US$ 5.(Previously US$2.)

After three months: 2% of the amount due subject to a minimum of Rs.500/- whichever is higher. In case a member fails to make payment of Club bills within three months from the date of receipt, his/her name will be included in the Posting List on the Notice Board.

After Four months: In case a member fails to make payment of Club bills within four months from the date of receipt, his/her name will be sent to the GC for further action as per the Club Articles, for removal of his/her name from the Members Register.
